- 2 Participants $165
- 3 or more Participants $210

- A birth certificate MUST be presented at registration unless the child played last year
- Intramural Teams (Fall Season Only) Players MUST be at least 5 years of age by July 31st 2010
- Due to the large number of participants, team assignments WILL NOT be based on school districts, and no special request accepted
- For mail-in or hardship requests use printable registration.pdf form.
- All Personal Information is kept private
- Your Support makes Wakefield Youth Soccer a success, please volunteer.
