PRE MEETING – 7 to 8 p.m.
The GU-10D Team will stay with 13 players and not compete in the Commissioners Cup. Steve will talk to John Linehan to see if he will allow that.
There is a coaching vacancy at the GU16 Team – Paul Burns has said that he would be interested in helping out. Steve Nixon will coach. Mark Anjim said he would be willing to also coach. It is up to Steve and Mark to talk and see if they can do it together and come to a mutual agreement.
Concerns with Boys 16 & 18 coming into the Spring season, some of their more dedicated players are heading to the club teams and not staying with Wakefield. Tony Chakour and Bill Boudry should make phone calls to see who is interested in playing.
OPEN BOARD MEETING – 8 to 9 p.m.

Vice President’s Report by Mike Boudreau
Some equipment still out there and coming in.
Whether or not we should purchase indoor soccer balls for winter practice is still an outstanding issue. We should be able to get them in just a few days.
U16 & U18 uniform orders still lingering, but we should decide that soon enough.
Quiet, not much going on
League meeting this coming Tuesday, working on the GU10 D team, hoping to have all issues resolved before. U16 & U18 Rosters are due before January 15th, 2008.
Calendar of Events
’08 Picture Day is Saturday, September 13th, 2008 (tentatively) and we may try to do it all in one day.
We do have an opening in the GU16 division. The board decided that if there is a consensus on who will coach, then it is up to the Travel Division Head to assign that coach. If two people are vying for the position and cannot come to a consensus, then the board with vote and decide as to who will coach. In this case, Steve Nixon and Mark Anjim will likely come to an agreement together.
We have until January 15th to change rosters.
We do have the opportunity to have access to the Galvin Middle School and Dolbeare gyms to practice. We just need to let Jim Fitzgerald know and then he will talk with the janitors. The teams would have to pay for this.
The league indoor practices start the last three weeks of March. The first two weeks are taken by basketball.
Need to purchase some indoor soccer balls.
