Players wishing to participate on a Travel team for the 2017/18 season must try out to be eligible for team placement. Players are not guaranteed a position on a travel team. Those who do not make a team will have the option to play on an intramural team or request a refund.
League and Team placement will follow the new Grade-Based Grouping mandates. The Fall Travel Season will consist of teams for the Grade 3/4 (formerly U10), Grade 5/6 (formerly U12) and Grade 7/8 (formerly U14) Groups. Please note that a player’s birth date is also considered in addition to their school grade.
NEW THIS YEAR – ONLINE UNIFORM PURCHASE: Uniform costs are no longer included in registration fees (which have gone down from last year). If your child is placed on a team, you will receive an email with instructions to purchase your uniform online, which will be delivered to your home.
Each player must attend both tryout days. Tryouts for the Fall travel teams will be held May 16, 17, 18, and 25. Players CANNOT register at the tryouts. Players must register before May 15 to attend the first tryout. Registration will be closed on May 14 to prepare for and run the tryouts.
