Players wishing to participate on a Travel team for the 2018/19 season must try out to be eligible for team placement. Players are not guaranteed a position on a travel team. Those who do not make a team will have the option to play on an intramural team or request a refund.
League and Team placement will follow the new Grade-Based Grouping mandates. The Fall Travel Season will consist of teams for the Grade 3/4 (formerly U10), Grade 5/6 (formerly U12) and Grade 7/8 (formerly U14) Groups. Please note that a player’s birth date is also considered in addition to their school grade.
ONLINE UNIFORM PURCHASE: This is will be the 2nd year of a 2-year uniform cycle. All returning travel players will be able to keep their 17/18 uniform. If your child is placed on a team, you will receive an email with instructions to purchase your uniform online, which will be delivered to your home.
Each player is encouraged to attend both tryout days. Tryouts for the Fall travel teams will be held June 4, 5, 11, and 12. Players CANNOT register at the tryouts. Players must register before June 2 to attend the first tryout. Registration will be closed on June 2 to prepare for and run the tryouts.
