Step 2: Complete Required Training
- Safesport Abuse Prevention Training is required annually
- Concussion Training is required every 2 years
- MYSA resets all training statuses every June/July to reflect the training you must complete to participate in the coming year

Step 3: Pick up your Credentials/Rosters
- Pick up Dates/Times:
- Sunday, September 11, 6:00 - 7:00 pm - Americal Civic Center
- Thursday, September 15, 6:00 - 7:00 pm, WSA Office
- Sunday, September 18, 8:30 - 1:00 at Mullen field
WSA Office is located in the lower level of the Americal Civic Center. Follow signs for the Food Pantry.
- If you have never been CORI-verified, print and sign your CORI acknowledgment form and bring it along with your driver’s license when you come to pick up your credentials.
- To print your CORI Acknowledgement form, after logging into your account, click on the Print Documents link located under your photo or under the Applications tab. Follow the Adult/CORI Registration line to the Receipt & Forms link, then click on that link to create and download your printable PDF CORI Acknowledgement Form. Log in Now
