The Director of TOP's is responsible to ensure that the program adheres to US Youth Soccer and local soccer association guidelines while following safety protocols and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and organize TOP Soccer training sessions, games, and events, ensuring they are accessible and enjoyable for all participants.
Work with volunteers, coaches, and parents to create a positive and supportive environment.
Manage program logistics, including scheduling, equipment, and facilities.
Communicate effectively with parents, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
Promote the TOP Soccer program within the community.

- Ability to provide direction to others
Time Commitment: Generally 4-6 hours per month (in season).
