Game Changer is the preferred app for Team management.  Rosters and schedules will sync from Sports Connect to help save you some time from setting up your team each season.

Q: Do I need to use the same email as sports connect?

Yes, the email needs to be the same one you use in sports connect in order to properly identify you.

Q: How do I setup my team in Game Changer?

Once you receive an email that your roster has been posted in sports connect, you can login to Game Changer and import your roster.  It is important you don't manually create the team or rollover your team from the last season.




Q: I did the import, but my team wasn't found - what now?

First, make sure you didn't manually create the team.  If there's a team in the same season, with the same name, then the import won't work. 

Second, make sure you're logged into GameChanger with the same email you registered with on Sports Connect.

Finally, if this still isn't working, then reach out to the registrar ([email protected]).  They can repost the roster in sports connect.

Q: The schedules have been posted, but it's not showing up in the GameChanger App?

Once team schedules are uploaded to sports connect, they should populate in Game Changer automatically.  If it doesn't show up within a reasonable amount of time, you can try to resync your team's events.




Q: What if I don't see the option to Re-Import Team Schedule?

Then see the first FAQ - your team was most likely manually created or rolled over from another season.


Q: What happens if I leave the team in the GameChanger App?

Once you leave a team you will NOT be able to reimport that team without contacting GameChanger support.  There's not we can do on our end to make that association again.

Q: Can I just reuse my team from the Fall season?

Absolutely, but the team will be disconnected from sports connect - meaning you won't get any roster updates or your game schedule imported.  All changes to the team will have to be done manually.  Old teams will exist in GameChanger until they have been deleted by a coach.

Q: Can I add my spouse/partner to the app so they get notifications too?

Yes, you can add another contact to your player's profile.  Here are the steps to add a new contact:
  1. From home, click into your Team.
  2. Click the "Team" tab towards the top.
  3. Click the "Players" tab
  4. Under My Player, click on your child.
  5. Click the "Contacts" tab and then use the "Add Family Contacts" button.
  6. Add the top, there's an email field.  Enter the email of the user you want to add and click the add button in the top right
The person you are adding will receive an email to join the team and will be able to login and make changes to your child's availability for games and practices.

Q: My game is being rescheduled, how do I update the calendar in Game Changer

The master schedule is maintained in Sports Connect and Game Changer will stay in sync with Sports Connect.  If you manually change the games in Game Changer, those edits are likely to be lost.  Once rescheduled games are approved by the league, we will update the master schedule as soon as possible.

If you want to put something on the calendar while you wait for the official update, you can add events to your schedule in Game Changer as those won't be affected by the master schedule sync.  Once the official change has been made you can remove the duplicate event if you'd like.
