Coaches must complete the steps below to be credentialed. You are not cleared for practices or games until you have your printed MYSA credentials in hand.
Did you coach in the fall?
Yes: See Steps 1 and 4

No: Complete Steps 1, 2, 3 and 4
Step 1: Volunteer to Coach in the WSA Sports Connect registration system
This must be done EVERY SEASON and for EACH DIVISION you would like to coach.
Step 2: Complete the MYSA Adult Registration Process and Training Listed HERE
If you coached in the fall, your MYSA coaching credential is valid for the spring season.
All coaches are required to register with MYSA for each soccer year
MYSA registration must be done via the HERE link above.
Training courses can also be done via your registration account, Volunteer tab.
Step 3: Pick up your credentials 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Soccer Office, lower level Civic Center, Enter through front of building if side door is locked

Step 4: Attend pre-season coaches meeting:

WSA: March 25 after the Annual General Meeting, Heritage Room, Americal Civic Center
Mandatory Essex League meeting: April 1 & 2

Step 5: Obtain your SPRING ECYSA coach card from MYL system - a new card is required each season
- If you'd like to print out your own coach card, it must be in COLOR (required).
- If you cannot print it, you can get it when picking up your Spring roster
Step 6: Get your SPRING photo roster:
- A new roster is needed for SPRING season.
- Coaches can not print out photo rosters -- only Wakefield admins can.
- Pick up in Soccer Office, lower level Civic Center, Enter through front of building if side door is locked
Reminders: - Print out your game cards and some blanks ones to have on hand.
- Print them from the MYL system Print a couple for each game (just in case).
