"CORI Verification" Process

Thank you for volunteering with Wakefield Soccer!   I’m Anne Miller, Risk Manager, and I handle CORI Verifications and MYSA credentialing for all Wakefield Soccer volunteers.  You can reach me at [email protected].

1️⃣Understanding the Full "CORI process"  -- it's more than you think

Please take a few minutes to review this brief presentation to gain a complete understanding of the CORI process.  It also includes instructions for downloading your CORI Acknowledgement Form.    CORI Verification Process for Adult Volunteers

2️⃣ CORI Verification Meeting - 

During this meeting, I will:

• Collect your CORI Acknowledgement Form
• Verify your driver’s license against the form

Meeting Options

• September 7, 10:00 - 11:00 am (IM coaches meeting) Heritage Room,  Americal Civic Center
• At the Sunday sessions on September 14 and 21. Please arrive early for your session for this verification. 

• Email me to arrange a day/time to meet In Person
  • I’m usually at the Americal Civic Center on weekdays (~ 9:00 - 5:00).
  • Bring your CORI form and license.

3️⃣Final Step: You’re Cleared to Coach!

Once we meet, I can update your MYSA record and print your coaching credentials. We can then arrange for you to obtain your credentials and you will be cleared to coach!
