"CORI Verification" Process

Thank you for volunteering with Wakefield Soccer!   I’m Anne Miller, Risk Manager, and I handle CORI Verifications and MYSA credentialing for all Wakefield Soccer volunteers.  You can reach me at [email protected].

1️⃣ Get Your CORI Acknowledgement Form

Please take a few minutes to review this short presentation  which provides instructions to download your CORI Acknowledgement Form:  CORI Verification Process – Adult Volunteers

2️⃣ Schedule a Quick (5-Minute) Verification Meeting

During this meeting, I will:

• Collect your CORI Acknowledgement Form
• Verify your driver’s license against the form

Meeting Options

• August 21, 6:00 - 7:00,  Heritage Room,  Americal Civic Center
• August 24, 9:30 - 10:30 am,  Soccer Office,  lower level Civic Center,  near the Food Pantry
  
  • Enter Civic Center through front doors of the building
    
• Email me to arrange a day/time to meet either
  • In Person
    •   I’m usually at the Americal Civic Center on weekdays (~ 9:00 - 5:00).
    •  Bring your CORI form and license.
  • Virtually
    •   Zoom or Google Meet. 
    •  Email me your form and a copy of your license before our meeting.

3️⃣Final Step: You’re Cleared to Coach!

Once we meet, I can update your MYSA record and print your coaching credentials. We can then arrange for you to obtain your credentials and you will be cleared to coach!
