Pick up your Credentials (and/or Travel Rosters)
Pickup dates/times for the Spring 2024 season:
- For Intramural & Academy coaches, at the first session on April 8. Please come ~15 minutes before your session. Look for a Coach Check-In table.
- Sign up HERE for additional pick up dates
- If you have never been CORI-verified, print and sign your CORI acknowledgment form and bring it along with your driver’s license when you pick up your credentials.
- To print your CORI Acknowledgement form, log into your account using link below
- click on Print Documents located under your photo
- Follow the Adult/CORI Registration line to the Receipt & Forms link, then click on that link to create and download your printable PDF CORI Acknowledgement Form.
